Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs bin Ghiyath narrated to us, he said: I asked ‘Amr, "What did al-Hasan say regarding a man who made a kitaba contract with all of his slaves, then some of them died?" He said: "The amount is remitted from them in proportion."
