Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:622

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ghundar narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from Mansur, from Ibrahim, he said: If he has paid a third, or a quarter, or a half, then they have no right to enslave him.
