Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:636

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Humayd ibn Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from Hasan ibn Salih, from al-Aswad ibn Qays, from Hassan ibn Thumama, that Hudhayfah recognized his camel, so he disputed over it before a judge from among the judges of the Muslims. An oath became incumbent upon Hudhayfah in the judgment, so he swore by Allah, besides whom there is no god, that he had neither sold it nor given it away.
