Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:66

Ibn Abi Za’idah narrated to us, from Ibn ‘Awn, from ‘Amir, who said: "I am indeed amazed at the one who dislikes the pledge (al-rahn) or the guarantor (al-qabil) in a forward sale (al-salam)."
