Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yahya bin Sa’id narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Mansur, from Ibrahim, regarding a man who bought a slave girl from a man and paid part of her price, and the seller withheld her for the remainder. Then she died. He said: "He returns to the buyer what he took, and she is from the property of the seller."
