Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:693

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ali ibn Mushir narrated to us, from al-Shaybani, from al-Sha’bi, from Shurayh, who said: If the prescribed punishment (hadd) for false accusation (qadhf) is carried out upon a man, his testimony shall never be accepted. His repentance is between him and Allah.
