Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu al-Ahwas narrated to us, from al-Aswad ibn Qays, from Kulthum ibn al-Aqmar, from Zirr ibn Hubaysh, he said: My father said: If you lend a loan, and the borrower comes carrying the loan and with him is a gift, then take from him his loan and return his gift to him.
