Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-Mukhtar ibn 'Abd Allah ibn Mulayh al-Thaqafi, from 'Umar ibn 'Abd Allah ibn Wathilah, he said: Two witnesses testified before Shurayh, one of them regarding one thousand and the other regarding five hundred. So Shurayh permitted their testimony regarding five hundred.
