Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Shu’bah, from Khulayd ibn Ja’far, from Abu Iyas, from Uthman regarding the *hawala* (transfer of debt): He returns [to the original debtor]. There is no loss (*tawan*) upon a Muslim.
