Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:766

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abda bin Sulayman narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Aruba, from Qatada, from al-Hasan, he said: If he transfers [a debt] to a solvent person, then he becomes bankrupt after that, then it is binding upon him.
