Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn al-Mubarak narrated to us, from Ma’mar, from Ibn Tawus, from his father, regarding a man who mortgaged land to his wife for her dowry, and she ate from its produce. He said: It is to be calculated against her.
