Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from ‘Ali ibn al-Mubarak, from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, from Abu Salamah, regarding a man who sold sheep to another man for a deferred term. When the term arrived, he wanted to take sheep [in return] and settle the debt with him, but he disliked it.
