Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:813

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yahya ibn Adam narrated to us, he said: Hasan ibn Salih narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Layla, regarding a man who marries a woman [giving her] a house as a dowry: He said: The person with the right of pre-emption (al-shafi') takes it for the value of the house.
