Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated to us, from ‘Amr ibn Dinar, from ‘Ata’, from Ibn ‘Abbas, he said: The two partners may divide [their assets/partnership] by mutual agreement.
