Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Numayr narrated to us, from Ja’far ibn Burqan, from Ma’mar al-Basri, from Abu al-‘Awwam, he said: Umar wrote to Abu Musa: "The oath is upon the one who denies."
