Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Bishr narrated to us, from Hajjaj ibn Abi Uthman, from Humayd ibn Hilal, from Zayd ibn Thabit, from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, that he decreed the oath upon the defendant.
