Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Abu Ma‘shar, from Ibrahim, who said: If she was a virgin, he returns a tenth. And if she was a previously married woman, he returns half of a tenth.
