Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Mu'tamir ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Salm ibn Abi al-Dhayyal, who said: I asked al-Hasan about a man who possesses land but does not have water, so he buys it for his land. He said: Yes, there is no harm in that.
