Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:100

Ubayd Allah narrated to us, Shayban informed us, from Mansur, from Mujahid, who said: A wind stirred or a wind blew, and they cursed it. Ibn Abbas said: Do not curse it, for it comes with mercy and it comes with punishment. But say: O Allah, make it a mercy and do not make it a punishment.
