Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:111

Abu al-Ahwas narrated to us, from Sa'id ibn Masruq, from Salama ibn Kuhayl, from Abu Rushdayn Kurayb, the freed slave of Ibn Abbas, who said: Ibn Abbas said: I spent the night at my maternal aunt Maymunah’s house. I heard the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, saying in his prostration: "O Allah, place light in my heart, and light in my hearing, and place light in my sight, and place light in front of me, and place light behind me, and place light beneath me, and increase light for me."
