Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:12

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Husayn ibn Ali narrated to us, from Za’idah, from Abd al-Malik ibn Umayr, from Mus’ab ibn Sa’d, from his father, that he said to his sons: "O my sons, seek refuge with the words that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) used to seek refuge with." He then mentioned the like of the hadith of Ubaydah, except that he did not mention "the lowest of life" (ar-radhal al-umr).
