Hadith 21:131
Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, from al-Awwam, from Abd al-Karim al-Maktab, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Yazid ibn Mu'awiyah, who said: The words which Adam received from his Lord are: "O Allah, there is no god but You. Glory be to You and with Your praise. I have done evil and wronged my soul, so have mercy on me, for You are the best of the merciful." "O Allah, there is no god but You. Glory be to You and with Your praise. I have done evil and wronged my soul, so accept my repentance, for You are the Accepting of repentance, the Merciful."
