Ibn Numayr narrated to us, al-A‘mash narrated to us, from ‘Amr ibn Murrah, who said: A sheikh narrated to me, from Silah ibn Zufar, who said: I heard Ibn ‘Umar saying at the end of the prayer: "O Allah, You are Peace, and from You is peace. Blessed are You, O Possessor of Majesty and Honor." Then I prayed next to ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Amr and I heard him saying it. So I said to him: "I heard Ibn ‘Umar saying the like of what you are saying." ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Amr said: "I heard the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) saying them at the end of his prayer."
