Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:166

Abdullah ibn Idris narrated to us, from Husayn, from Tamim ibn Salamah, from Abdullah ibn Sabrah, that Ibn Umar used to say when he entered the morning and the evening: "O Allah, make me, in this morning or this night, among the most fortunate of Your servants in the share of good that You distribute, the light by which You guide, the mercy that You spread, the provision that You expand, the harm that You uncover, the affliction that You lift, the evil that You repel, and the trial that You divert."
