Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:168

Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Mansur, from Rib’i, from a man from the Nakha’, from his father, from Salman, who said: "Whoever says when he enters the morning and when he enters the evening: 'O Allah, You are my Lord, there is no partner for You, and the dominion has entered the morning for You, there is no partner for You,' it will be an expiation for what occurred between them."
