Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:169

Abdullah ibn Numayr narrated to us, Abu al-Ahwas narrated to us, from Musa al-Juhani, who said: A man narrated to me from Sa’id ibn Jubayr, who said: Whoever says: "So exalted is Allah when you reach the evening and when you reach the morning" (until he completes the verse) three times, he will attain what he missed of his day.
