Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:17

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki' narrated to us, from Hisham al-Dastawa'i, from Qatadah, from Anas: That the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, used to seek refuge from cowardice and stinginess, and from the trial of life and death, and from the punishment of the grave.
