Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:172

Al-Fadl ibn Dukayn narrated to us, he said: Fitr narrated to me, he said: Abdullah ibn Ubayd ibn Umayr narrated to me, from a man among the companions of Muhammad, who said: Whoever says when he reaches the morning: "There is no god but Allah alone, He has no partner, to Him belongs the dominion, and to Him belongs the praise, in His hand is all good, and He is capable of all things," ten times, ten degrees will be raised for him, ten sins will be erased from him, and he will be free from hypocrisy on that day until he reaches the evening. And if he says it when he reaches the evening, it will be the same, and he will be free from hypocrisy until he reaches the morning.
