Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:193

Al-Hasan ibn Musa narrated to us, Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Suhayl ibn Abi Salih, from his father, from Abu Hurayrah, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), when he would go to his bed, would say: "O Allah, Lord of the heavens and Lord of the earths, my Lord and Lord of everything, Splitter of the grain and the date-stone, Sender down of the Torah, the Gospel, and the Quran. I seek refuge in You from the evil of every possessor of evil, whose forelock You hold. You are the First, so there is nothing before You; and You are the Last, so there is nothing after You; and You are the Manifest (al-Zahir), so there is nothing above You; and You are the Hidden (al-Batin), so there is nothing beyond You. Discharge the debt for me and enrich me from poverty."
