Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:204

Husayn ibn Ali narrated to us, from Ubayd ibn Abd al-Malik, who said: Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz used to say: "O Allah, rectify the one whose rectification is a rectification for the Ummah of Muhammad. O Allah, destroy the one whose destruction is a rectification for the Ummah of Muhammad, may Allah bless him and grant him peace."
