Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:21

Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, he said: Humayd informed us, from Anas, that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, used to supplicate with this supplication: "O God, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and grief, and from incapacity and laziness, and from cowardice and stinginess."
