Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Muslim, from Masruq, from Aisha, who said: When the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) became heavy [with his final illness], he said: "O Allah, forgive me and join me with the Highest Companion." She said: This was the last of his speech that I heard.
