Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:218

Mu'awiyah ibn Hisham narrated to us, Shayban narrated to us, from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, from Abu Salamah: That Rabi'ah ibn Ka'b informed him that he used to spend the night at the door of the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace). He would hear the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) saying at night: "Exalted is Allah, Lord of the worlds, the Desire (al-hawa)." Then he would say: "Exalted is Allah and by His praise."
