Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:24

Al-Muttalib ibn Ziyad narrated to us, from Jabir, from Abu Ja'far, that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, used to say: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from doubt after certainty, and I seek refuge in You from the companionship of the devils, and I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the Day of Judgment."
