Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:241

Waki’ narrated to us, from Abu Khuzaymah, from Ibn Sirin, from Anas bin Malik, who said: The Prophet (peace be upon him) heard a man saying: "O Allah, I ask You by the fact that to You belongs all praise, there is no god but You alone, You have no partner, the Bestower, the Originator of the heavens and the earth, the Possessor of Majesty and Honor." He (the Prophet) said: "He has asked Allah by His Greatest Name, which, if He is asked by it, He gives, and if He is called upon by it, He answers."
