Hadith 21:260
Mu'awiyah ibn Hisham narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Abu Mus'ab—and he is 'Ata'—from his father, from Ka'b, who said: When he would break his fast, he would face the Qiblah and say: "O Allah, deliver me from every calamity that descended from the heaven tonight," three times. And when the edge of the sun would rise, he would say: "O Allah, grant me a share in every good deed that descended tonight from the heaven to the earth," three times. He said: It was said to him [about this], and he said: "It is the supplication of Dawud (David). So soften your tongues with it, and let your hearts feel it."
