Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:264

Affan narrated to us, Hammad bin Salamah narrated to us, he said: Habib bin Shahid informed me, from Ibn Buraydah, that Dawud (David), the Prophet, peace be upon him, used to say: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from a deed that disgraces me, and a desire that ruins me, and poverty that makes me forget, and wealth that makes me transgress."
