Abu Khalid al-Ahmar narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn ‘Ajlan, from Muslim ibn Abi Maryam, who said: Umm Hani came to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and said: "O Messenger of Allah, I have grown old and weak, so teach me a deed that I may perform while I am sitting." The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "If you magnify Allah (say *Allahu Akbar*) one hundred times, it is better than one hundred caparisoned, accepted camels (for sacrifice). If you glorify Allah (say *SubhanAllah*) one hundred times, it is better than one hundred slaves you set free. If you praise Allah (say *Alhamdulillah*) one hundred times, it is better than one hundred saddled and bridled horses that you carry (people) upon in the way of Allah, the Almighty and Majestic."
