Hadith 21:269

Ibn Idris narrated to us, from Husayn, from Hilal ibn Yasaf, from Suhaym ibn Nawfal, who said: While we were with Abdullah, a Bedouin slave girl came to her master while we were reviewing a Mushaf. She said, "What is detaining you? So-and-so has wrapped your dowry with his eye (i.e., cast an evil eye upon it), and he has left it spinning in the house as if it were in an orbit. Rise and seek an incantator (raqi)." Abdullah said, "Do not seek an incantator. Blow into his right nostril four times and into the left three times, and say: 'Remove the harm, O Lord of the people, and heal, for You are the Healer. None can remove the harm except You.'" He said: So he went, then returned to us. He said: "I did what you commanded me, and I had not even arrived back before he had defecated, urinated, and eaten."
