Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:273

Abdullah ibn Numayr narrated to us, from Musa ibn Ubaydah, from Muhammad ibn Thabit, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, used to say: "O Allah, benefit me with what You have taught me, and teach me what will benefit me, and increase me in knowledge. And praise be to Allah in every state, and I seek refuge in Allah from the punishment of the Fire."
