Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:278

Muhammad ibn Bishr narrated to us, Mis'ar narrated to us, from Abu Mus'ab, from Ali ibn al-Husayn and others, they both said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to say: "O Allah, forgive my slip, cover my nakedness, secure my fear, suffice me against whoever transgresses against me, grant me victory over whoever oppresses me, and show me my vengeance upon him."
