Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:282

Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Ibrahim, who said: Abdullah said: "If one of you intends a need, let him say: 'O Allah, I seek Your counsel by Your knowledge, and I seek Your ability by Your power, and I ask You of Your bounty. For indeed, You are able and I am not able, and You know and I do not know, and You are the Knower of the unseen. O Allah, if this matter which I intend is good for me in my religion, my livelihood, and the outcome of my affairs, then facilitate it for me and bless me in it. And if other than that is better, then ordain for me the good wherever it may be, then make me content with what You have decreed.'"
