Hafs ibn Ghiyath narrated to us, from Khalid, from Abu Qilabah, from Ibn Muhayriz, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "When you ask Allah, ask Him with the palms of your hands, and do not ask Him with their backs."
