Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:29

Ubaydah ibn Humayd narrated to us, from Humayd, who said: Anas was asked about the punishment of the grave. Anas said: The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, used to say: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from laziness, old age, cowardice, stinginess, the trial of the Dajjal, and the punishment of the grave."
