Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:31

Jarir narrated to us, from Mansur, from Mujahid, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, used to supplicate: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the dominance of debt, the dominance of the enemy, and the ruin of the unmarried."
