Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:331

Abu Dawud al-Hafari, Umar ibn Sa’d, narrated to us, from Yunus ibn al-Harith, from ‘Amr ibn Shu’ayb, from ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Amr, who said: "Whoever says 'Subhan Allah al-‘Azim wa bi-hamdihi' (Glory be to Allah, the Magnificent, and by His praise), a palm tree is planted for him in Paradise because of it."
