Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:370

Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, from Sufyan, from al-A'mash, from Abu al-Duha, from Masruq, from 'Aishah, that the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) used to say to the sick person: "Remove the harm, O Lord of the people, and heal, for You are the Healer. There is no healing except Your healing, a healing that leaves behind no illness." Sufyan said: I mentioned it to Mansur, so he narrated to me from Ibrahim, from Masruq, from 'Aishah, from the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), the like of it.
