Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:373

Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from ‘Asim ibn ‘Ubayd Allah, from Ziyad ibn Thubay, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) entered upon me while I was complaining [of an illness]. He said: "Shall I not perform *ruqyah* (incantation) upon you with a *ruqyah* that Jibril taught me? In the name of Allah, I perform *ruqyah* upon you, and Allah heals you from every ailment that harms you, and from the evil of the blowers in knots, and from the evil of an envier when he envies."
