Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:375

Zayd ibn al-Hubab narrated to us, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Thawban, he said: Umayr ibn Hani informed me, he said: I heard Junadah ibn Abi Umayyah saying: I heard Ubadah ibn al-Samit narrating from the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, that Gabriel performed *ruqyah* (incantation) upon him while he was suffering from a fever. He said: "In the name of Allah, I perform *ruqyah* upon you from every ailment that harms you, from every envier when he envies, and from every eye; and the name of Allah heals you."
