Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:377

Ubaydah ibn Humayd narrated to us, from Mansur, from al-Minhal, from Sa’id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn Abbas, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) used to seek refuge for al-Hasan and al-Husayn with these words: "I seek refuge for you both with the perfect words of Allah from the evil of every devil and poisonous creature, and [from the evil of] every envious eye." He said: And Ibrahim used to seek refuge with them for Isma’il and Ishaq.
